Boat is in project condition. Previous owner had cut out the cockpit and replaced it with a flat deck for more storage and less comfort. I have laid-up a new cockpit inside of a female mold, and that job is 80% complete. Same owner had also installed a keel (well, cabin sole) stepped unstayed rig, so the main beam and mast base will need rebuilding to return to a deck stepped sloop configuration. Lastly, there is a 1GM10 Yanmar included with the boat. The hull has the prop aperture and engine mounts, but has not been bored for a shaft yet.
